At NOVA Safe Hands Academy Fairfax, our Daring Discoverers are for children aged 2-3 years old and provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore, learn, and grow.
We offer stimulating activities; tailored to meet the developmental needs of each child. Activities such as art, music, puzzles, and group games help children to develop their social and problem-solving skills.
Our Early Learners program encourages independence by teaching practical life skills such as self-feeding, dressing, and toileting. Building social-emotional skills such as conflict resolution, empathy, and self-regulation is an important developmental milestone for every child.
The Daring Discoverers provide opportunities for children to play independently, helping to build confidence and self-esteem. In addition, we provide nutritious meals and snacks; designed to meet the nutritional needs of each child. Our staff are trained and experienced in caring for young children. They provide an atmosphere of warmth and security. Our team also strives to create an environment that fosters positive relationships and encourages learning.

Our teachers are experienced, attentive, nurturing and engaging, We implement Health and Safety practices in our center that meet and exceed Virginia State requirements. Day to day, we also dedicate time for midday rest to allow your child to rejuvenate. We appropriately space out nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day and dedicate time for midday rest for your child.
